My Life as a Grandma!

Life has it's way of running full circle and I should have known that being a Grandma would be just as much fun as being a Mom. Perhaps a little more because you don't have the same type of responsibility that was there when you were bringing up your own babies.

I have the most amazing Grandchildren. They are bright, beautiful - starting with their hearts. Most of all they really love their Grandma (me)!

I have 6 Grandchildren; Cody, Brayden, Travis, Tacoma, Jacob, and Aubrey. They are named in order of their ages and not their importance because each and every one of them are equally important to me. As well, they have their own uniqueness. Their own way of learning, their own way of letting me know they love me. Did I tell you that I feel truly blessed?

New Posting: I attended Cody's birthday party on Saturday. It is the first time I have seen all of them in a month. It was so nice to see their faces light up and call 'Grandma', knowing that they miss me as much as I miss them. Aubrey was a little serious at first but had no problem coming to me. We walked around a bit together and I chased her, which she loves, and gave each other hugs and kisses and shared time with Grandpa. Cody loved his gifts (not that the shoes were any great surprise, he picked them out, but that's what Grandma's & Grandpa's are for!). Brayden seemed a little closed which concerns me greatly, but all I can do is say prayers that he will be okay. Jacob wanted to sit on my lap, sit beside me, and got me to put things away in my purse and keep them for the "next time he is at my home".

It was so great to see them all again. I love them so much!
